Unraid Digest #83
Hey Unraiders,
September's been busy as four new builds shipped this month, while we opened pre-orders on the X4: the newest addition to the 45Homelab >< Unraid Signature Series line of servers.
What’s New?
Meet the X4. Made for movie nights. Built for your next idea.
The X4 is the newest addition to the 45HomeLab >< Unraid Signature Series that brings your media, files, favorite apps, and Unraid together in a quiet, compact server.
Starting at $1,199 USD. Reserve yours with a $99 fully refundable deposit, applied toward your final purchase. | The X4 Specs include:
Standard components make future upgrades easy. From a compatible GPU for local AI and gaming to 10GbE for faster networking, and more. |
New Releases: 7.3.3 RC.2 and 7.4.0 beta.3
Our dev team's on a roll with four releases landing this month. 7.3.3-rc.1 and 7.4.0-beta.2 kicked things off on September 3, then followed into rc.2 and beta.3 by September 24.
 | Unraid 7.3.3-rc.2 is live, and it's a big one for anyone who cares about security. CVE’s were patched across OpenSSL, Samba, PHP, and nginx. File Manager's symlink-depth bug is fixed, and a stubborn deadlock affecting /mnt/user is resolved alongside tons of other fixes and improvements. |
Unraid 7.4.0-beta.3 is ready for testing, with fixes for Mover and user-share reliability. Mover now preserves hard links with progress tracking enabled, while filesystem fixes address hangs and crashes that could interrupt access to your shares. Package updates and security fixes round out the release. |
